i found the front office staff very helpful when i needed assistance. the beds were really comfortable, and the room was clean. i also took advantage of the hotel's free parking, which helped since i had to return my rental car.
i noticed a lack of shops or supermarkets near the location, a bit inconvenient if you needed anything extra. everything felt self service because i had to take my bags up to the room and down myself.

the check in IS easy. i found the staff lovely. i appreciate the free parking just outside the door. the location allowed for a deep sleep.
i waited quite a while for the shuttle. the guy at reception seemed rude. this really ruined what was otherwise a not bad stay.
